Breast augmentation increases the volume of the breasts with the placement of implants. Clinically known as an augmentation mammoplasty, breast augmentation uses either saline or silicone implants. The implants are placed either behind the breast tissue or the chest muscle, and add size, shape, and fullness to the breasts. Ideal candidates are women with naturally small or asymmetrical breasts, or women whose breasts have lost fullness due to aging or pregnancy. The incisions for a breast augmentation surgery can be made in several different positions – including around the nipple, underneath the breast crease, or in the armpit. The type of implant, placement of the implant, and placement of the incision depends greatly on the recommendation of the surgeon and the individual patient’s needs, goals, and body type.
Breast lift repositions the breasts higher on the chest; this makes the bust line look perkier and more youthful. The nipples will also be repositioned. There are several breast lift (or mastopexy) techniques that the plastic surgeon may use. The standard breast lift surgery involves an incision along the underside of the breast and along the breast crease. The doughnut technique involves an incision around the edge of the nipple. The laser bra lift takes excess breast tissue and creates a support system, resembling a bra, beneath the breast.
Breast reduction decreases the volume of large, heavy breasts that are burdensome to the patient. If breasts are causing back pain or posture problems, they can be surgically reduced and sculpted into a better size and proportion. Also known as a reduction mammoplasty, breast reduction removes excess fat, tissue, and skin. In certain cases, the excess fat is removed from the breast through liposuction treatment. The incisions for a breast reduction are made either around the areola, in a keyhole shape around the areola and vertically down to the breast crease, or in an inverted T or anchor-shape. The nipples and areolas may be removed to a position higher on the chest, and the size of the areola may be reduced by excising skin around the perimeter.
Abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck surgery, is designed to flatten a protruding belly and tone the abdominal muscles. During the surgical procedure, fat is removed (sometimes via liposuction), the abdominal muscles are tightened, and excess skin is trimmed. A tummy tuck is a great option for new mothers whose stomach muscles have loosened due to pregnancy, or someone who has recently lost a significant amount of weight and has excess skin and fat around their midsection.
A mini tummy tuck is a variation on the traditional tummy tuck. The procedure is less invasive than traditional abdominoplasty surgery; smaller incisions are made and less skin and fat is removed. The mini tummy tuck is a great option for those individuals with a generally slim physique who desire a slight degree of contouring and tightening.
Certain areas of fat can be resistant to diet and exercise; in these cases, liposuction will surgically remove the fat. Common areas of the body that respond well to liposuction include the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, knees, arms, face, and neck.
LipoStructure® harvests fat from certain areas of the body, and redistributes it to areas that are sunken or depressed, such as the face. For example, if a traumatic event has left an indentation on one of the legs, fat can be suctioned from the abdomen or buttocks and transferred to the leg, filling in the depressed area.
Body lift surgery is especially beneficial for post-bariatric surgery patients who have lost significant amounts of weight and have excess loose skin. A body lift improves the shape and tone of the tissue that supports fat and skin. We offer both upper and lower body lift procedures.
A Brazilian butt lift is a type of fat transfer procedure. Fat transfer procedures remove fat from one area of the body and inject it into another area – such as the butt, breasts, or face - to enhance or augment it.
We understand that sometimes traumatic events or disfigurements can necessitate reconstructive surgery. In addition to offering hand surgery, we also surgically treat scars, burns, and areas of the body affected by tumors.
Vaginal rejuvenation combines labiaplasty and vaginoplasty to restore or improve the appearance or function of the vagina. Typically, a vaginal rejuvenation will both cosmetically enhance the appearance of the labia and tighten the vagina.
Facelift surgery accomplishes several things at once. By removing excess fat, tightening the muscles, and re-draping the skin of the face and neck, a facelift will take years off of the face and enhance your most prominent features (including the eyes, nose, and mouth). Ideal candidates for a facelift have visible signs of aging in the face and neck, but maintain strong bone structure and retain some degree of skin elasticity. Many of our facelift patients are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, but a facelift can be performed successfully even on patients in their 70s and 80s.
The MACS-lift is a modified version of a traditional facelift; a less invasive surgery, it subtly restores youthfulness to the face with less downtime. A MACS-lift accomplishes many of the same goals of a full facelift, including removing excess skin and tightening the underlying muscles. Patients experience less post-operative bruising, swelling, and scarring with a MACS mini lift.
The eyelid area is particularly susceptible to aging. The upper eyelids can droop, and the lower eyelids can be saddled with bags or puffiness, sometimes interfering with vision. During eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, excess fat is removed and sagging skin and muscle is trimmed.
Rhinoplasty, or a nose job, surgically corrects features of the nose – such as a wide tip, or large nostrils – that the patient is uncomfortable with. Rhinoplasty will alter the proportion and overall harmony of the nose to the rest of the face. It can also correct structural deformities that cause breathing problems.
Otoplasty cosmetically alters the ears in several different ways, depending on the individual needs of the patient. Otoplasty will reduce the size of large ears or pin the ears closer to the head. The surgery can also correct asymmetry in the ears, and remove excess skin or cartilage.

Unavoidable and traumatic events can necessitate reconstructive surgery. Perfection Makeover and Laser Center offers surgery for:
- Craniofacial Trauma
- Malignant and Benign Tumors
- Congenital Malformations
- Correction of Scars
Thanks to genetics, some people are predisposed to hair loss. With hair implants, the surgeon will graft hair follicles from the back of the head (where there is more hair) and implant them into the balding spot (usually the hair line above the forehead or the crown area on top of the head). As the transplanted grafts adjust, the hair starts to grow again.
FUE hair transplant takes hairs individually from the donor area and they are then placed carefully into the recipient area. The procedure is minimally-invasive and virtually scar-free. It is done under local anaesthetic and patient can get back to work on the following day, with no stitches and no aftercare
