Thank you for inquiring about breast augmentation. I know that you’ve invested a lot of thought in your decision, and I’m sure you’re also a bit anxious about it. I’m happy to provide you with information about the procedure and pricing.
I use saline or gel (silicone) implants for breast augmentation, depending upon your preference and several other factors. Your existing breast tissue, skin envelope around the breast, and your chest wall shape are all things that impact which size and type of implant would be ideal for you. Rest assured, though, that your desired appearance is my primary goal.
When you are looking for a surgeon, be sure to ask if he/she is board certified. It's not enough for the answer to simply be "yes", though. You need to know WHICH board has certified your surgeon. For breast augmentation, it should be the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Many doctors can claim to be "board certified plastic surgeons", when in fact, they may have no formal plastic surgery training at all. Only the American Board of Plastic Surgery ensures that your surgeon has had adequate training in both general surgery and plastic surgery.
I hope this small amount of information has been helpful to you. I’m looking forward to meeting you soon. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact me for further information. Best wishes as you consider your options.
