I am very athletic and am in excellent physical condition. My breasts have sagged quite a bit and they are too small for my body, I was wondering what sort of procedures and sizes would be the best for me to consider.

Should I take out the old and wait 6 months before going under, go ahead and go directly under the finished size I want, or take the old out, and go under small to stretch out, then in 6 months go to the size I want. Iam been told all 3 ways by 3 different doctors.

The lift came out great but when the silicone implants were inserted my nipples kept turning blue due to circulation problems so the doctor did not put them in. Is this common? I just had a breast agt i had a breast aumentation and went in for a two week check upand told them i was having pain under my breast by my ribs on the left side.
