I am very athletic and am in excellent physical condition. My breasts have sagged quite a bit and they are too small for my body, I was wondering what sort of procedures and sizes would be the best for me to consider.

Should I take out the old and wait 6 months before going under, go ahead and go directly under the finished size I want, or take the old out, and go under small to stretch out, then in 6 months go to the size I want. Iam been told all 3 ways by 3 different doctors.

The lift came out great but when the silicone implants were inserted my nipples kept turning blue due to circulation problems so the doctor did not put them in. Is this common? I just had a breast agt i had a breast aumentation and went in for a two week check upand told them i was having pain under my breast by my ribs on the left side. My surgeon told me that i had a blood clot in my veins and that it is normal and would heal itself and to rub it if i have pain. Dr. Miner was my surgeon for breast augmentation around 1988 or 1989. My right breast had some hardening/encapsulating a year or so later. There was actually a chordlike tissue pulling the encapsulated sac upward/outward. The left side of the natural pocket for the dow implant started creating a hole (implants on top ofmuscle) just under or near the breast line/fold. I'm hoping to find out what I can do at this point to correctt the right side. I'm hoping that a fatty pocket atop my right collarbone is fat and not silicone somehow. I also have a fatty-like substance in the right bicep area. I do not massage the implants as the right side is just too hard and fear tearing the left side pocket more. Hope that helps and is not too confusing. May I please know the cost, I am currently unemployed but worry if I donot do something about this right side it will just continue tightening up, it is painful during my menstrual cycle. Thanks, Jean
